Richard Medcraft, DVMDr. Richard Medcraft is a 1990 graduate of Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine. An Indiana native, he received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Evansville (Indiana) before pursuing a Master of Science degree in Wildlife Biology from Iowa State University. Prior to joining Main Street Veterinary Hospital in 2004, Dr. Medcraft practiced emergency medicine for 10 years.

Dr. Medcraft lives with his wife, who is also a veterinarian, their two sons, three dogs and two cats. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA). He enjoys walking the dogs and watching his sons play soccer.
