It is with mixed feelings that we announce Dr. DiPaola's farewell.
Dr. DiPaola has been an esteemed member of the local veterinary community for 33 years and opened Main Street Veterinary Hospital in the year 2000.
He would like to leave his clients with these words:
Dear Loyal Clients,
“There is nowhere you can be that isn't where you are meant to be," (John Lennon)
After 33 years of fixing critters, I have made the decision to retire at the end of December. There is a certain ambivalence to this decision because it is not easy to know if the time is right. How does one transition from 33 years of taking care of generations of pets? With confidence.
I know that I leave your pets in the capable and trusting hands of my colleagues at Main Street. Drs. Medcraft and Cochran, along with the technicians and support team are the soul of Main Street and will continue to provide the caring and expert service you expect from us. I will cherish the many, dear friendships which have developed at the other end of the leashes and cat carriers as I embark on this next chapter. As for me, I look forward to woodworking projects and other personal pursuits and traveling with my family.
Thank you for entrusting the care of your pets to me, for a wonderfully rewarding career and for your friendship.
Dr. Jeff DiPaola, VMD
